Scott Haddow« back
Scott joins MTI as CEO having previously held the same position at Trustmarque Solutions where he spent over seven years, before that Scott was Group MD at New Horizons UK and before that he held the position of Customer Unit Director at Computacenter.
Keith Clark« back
Keith Clark (KC), joined the company in 1990 and has sat 'at the helm' for 17 years up to 2017, appointed to create and build a European & US services business, before moving to a more senior multi-functional role, which included the introduction of private equity to help finance business growth.
Between 1971 and 1980 KC served with the military, developing managerial, technical, operational and logistics skills that would prove an asset in his move to the private sector. In 1980 KC joined Systems Industries, a prominent technology integrator, where he worked in various senior operational management roles for 10 years, prior to MTI. With over 38 years’ experience in the technology sector, KC has long been acknowledged as a respected industry figure, who cares passionately about MTI, our people, our clients, our partners and the relationships we build.
Tony Conway« back
Vice President Customer Services
Tony Conway is responsible for every aspect of global services delivery for MTI, which includes extensive support operations, covering thousands of client and partner contracts worldwide. In line with company strategy, Tony has developed consistent, profitable, direct and indirect annuity streams. He is supported in each country by highly skilled and experienced operational Directors, all of whom are committed to the highest levels of client service. As well as being responsible for professional, consulting, maintenance and support service delivery teams, over recent years Tony has ensured MTI’s successful evolution to a global solutions and services provider by developing an extensive managed services portfolio, including a specialist team and 24x7x365 Secure Operations Centre (SOC), also responsible for the design, delivery and on-going proactive management of MTI business systems.
Following his achievement of a Dip in Telecommunications Engineering, Tony started his career working for Data Products, a high-speed printer manufacturer, subsequently acquired by Hitachi in 1984. Tony then joined Systems Industries, a prominent technology integrator, where he worked in various senior customer service and support roles for six years, prior to joining MTI in 1990. With over 30 years’ experience in the technology sector, Tony has long been a respected industry figure, passionately committed to operational and service excellence, continuous improvement and value through people, solutions and services.
Rainer Held« back
Senior Vice President, Finance
Rainer Held is responsible for MTI’s global finance and administration functions, with teams operating across France, Germany and the UK.
A chartered accountant with a strong commercial focus, Rainer is a key figure within the executive management team. Before joining MTI in 1996, Rainer was in a financial management role at McDonnell Douglas Information Systems and has almost 30 years of international financial management experience, gained predominantly in the IT industry.

Damian Saura« back
Vice President Sales
Damian Saura is responsible for sales and marketing operations across regional offices in Paris and Lyon, focused on driving the next phase of business growth for MTI France, through MTI’s portfolio of solutions and services. Damian’s team includes a group of sales and marketing professionals and technical specialists, with experience across a diverse range of vertical markets, offering thought leadership and a consultative approach, helping organisations accelerate business transformation through IT. As well as developing new business streams and initiatives, Damian is also responsible for maintaining and further developing our strategic advantage and close working local partnerships with key vendors such as Cisco, Citrix, EMC, Oracle, SAP and VMware.
Prior to joining MTI in 1998, Damian held a senior sales leadership position at Amdahl Computing, responsible for public sector/government sales. Damian also spent 8 years at EMC in a variety of sales and sales management positions, culminating in the role of EMC Country Sales Manager for France. Before EMC he worked for Micro Informatique Diffusion Group VRG and Sigrid Societe de Services Informatiques et d’Ingenierie. Damian started his IT career with Philips as a research engineer in 1985 and he studied computing and electronics at Paris VI University and Lyon University. With over 19 years’ experience in the IT industry, Damian brings a wealth of market knowledge from working at all levels, within organisations of all sizes, from multi-nationals to small medium enterprises, to include major household names, public sector and media organisations. Damian and his team are hugely motivated and committed to develop long-term partnerships that deliver real and lasting business value to our clients and partners.

Nicolas Naulot is responsible for the MTI France Customer Services Division. His team includes a group of highly qualified and experienced consultants, responsible for professional, consulting, assessment and delivery services. Nicolas also has an experienced and accredited team of service engineers, focused on local delivery and support of MTI solutions and services for French clients and partners. All service teams utilise industry standard frameworks such as ITIL and Prince2 and are further underpinned by an extensive range of proactive monitoring and management services through MTI’s global 24 x 7 x 365 Secure Operations Centre (SOC).
With his experience in the technology services sector, Nicolas brings significant experience in the successful delivery and on-going management of a wide variety of complex contracts across a diverse range of industry sectors.

Thomas Rettig is responsible for the MTI Germany Customer Services Division. His team includes a group of highly qualified and experienced consultants, responsible for professional, consulting, assessment and delivery services. Thomas also has an experienced and accredited team of service engineers, focused on local delivery and support of MTI solutions and services for German clients and partners. All service teams utilise industry standard frameworks such as ITIL and Prince2 and are further underpinned by an extensive range of proactive monitoring and management services through MTI’s global 24 x 7 x 365 Secure Operations Centre (SOC).
Prior to joining MTI 1993, Thomas worked for the Digital Equipment Company in Germany for over 10 years, progressing from an initial role as a service engineer to Area Service Manager, responsible for the whole of the Frankfurt division.
Jürgen Peter« back
Sales Manager Germany
Jürgen Peter has taken over the position Sales Manager Germany in April 2017. He is in charge now for strategic direction in Germany, sales responsibilities, the local marketing and the close collaboration with our partners.
Jürgen has worked at MTI since 2005 and has since been involved with the company development and growth. Furthermore he is in charge for the close cooperation with Dell EMC (“Titanium partner”) since 2016.
In the years before his engagement by MTI Jürgen was an employee at DELL in several positions relating to the development of the sales in the commercial area. Jürgen started his career working for AOK Health insurance and where he was in charge for internal operational testing and consultant for social security in the state of Hessen.

Craig Russell« back
Sales Director, Datacentre
Craig Russell is responsible for the Datacentre Practice for MTI in the UK. Reporting to Craig are Datacentre sales and pre-sales teams that cover the whole of the UK (from our offices in Godalming, Manchester and Scotland). Craig is responsible for driving significant, profitable growth of the Datacentre Practice through MTI’s portfolio of solutions and services, by developing new business streams and initiatives and by maintaining and further developing our strategic advantage and close working relationships with key vendor partners such as Cisco, EMC and VMware.
Having obtained a degree in business and marketing, Craig started his sales career with EMC in 2003, joining MTI in 2006. During his time at MTI, Craig has held a variety of sales positions within the MTI Datacentre Team and has demonstrated rapid advancement through business development, sales and sales management roles, to reach his current position as Sales Director for the UK Datacentre Practice.
Andrew Tang« back
Service Director, Security
Andrew Tang is responsible for all technical and service delivery aspects for MTI Security. His team includes a group of highly qualified and experienced consultants, responsible for professional, consulting, assessment, testing and delivery services Through a consultative approach and best practice, using industry standard frameworks such as ITIL and Prince2, Andrew’s team works hard to achieve client and partner objectives and exceed expectation, through tailored solutions and services from the extensive security portfolio. The portfolio includes security solutions, consulting, professional services, CHECK and CREST penetration testing and IT Health Checks (ITHC’s). Assessments are tailored to meet various compliance standards such as PSN CoCo, PCI DSS, ISO27001, Data Protection Act (DPA), eGaming and N3 NHS IGSoC and all of the testing team retain SC clearance or above.
After graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University with a BEng (Hons) in Integrated Engineering Systems, Andrew started his IT career at Henley Industries. Moving to Logicalis in 1996, he became a Senior Systems Engineer, responsible for installing technology solutions for a wide variety of clients, from large financial institutions in the City to small medium enterprises. After appointments at Acxiom and IT Manager at STL, Andrew found his passion for IT and Network Security as the Technical Director at e92plus. During his tenure of over 7 years at e92plus, Andrew developed a team that was both commercially aware and technically responsible for supporting resellers from a pre and post sales perspective. Andrew currently holds a number of industry certifications, including CISSP, MCSE and MCTS.
Jean Dignand« back
Sales Director, Security
Jean is responsible for the development and execution of the MTI Security strategy. His team operates from offices in Godalming, Worthing, Manchester and Scotland, across all verticals, with clients located throughout the UK. Working as trusted advisors with customer’s cyber security strategies, his team provide tailored solutions incorporating professional and consulting services as well as best of breed technologies from strategic vendors such as Forcepoint, CyberArk, Trend Micro, Palo Alto etc.
Jean is driving significant, profitable growth through MTI’s portfolio of solutions and services, to address protection, detection and remediation requirements. Security solutions can be delivered using a traditional on premise concept, as a managed service or in a hybrid approach, tailored to meet specific client requirements. A key focus for the Security practice is to continue to be holistic, collaborative and co-ordinated to address all of MTI client’s application, data, infrastructure, environment, managed services and security requirements to deliver the secure software defined datacentre, which the market is demanding.
With nearly 30 years’ experience in sales and sales leadership roles with organisations such as Salesforce.com and Hewlett Packard, Jean understands the importance of a consultative approach to customers’ requirements to ensure successful projects. This approach is echoed throughout the MTI Security practice today.

Managed Services Director
Stuart Jones is responsible for all aspects of MTI Managed Services delivery and MTI business systems. His team includes a group of highly qualified and experienced consultants, responsible for professional, consulting, assessment and delivery services and the 24 x 7 x 365 Global Secure Operations Centre (SOC). Through best practices, using industry standard frameworks such as ITIL and Prince2, Stuart’s team works hard to achieve client and partner objectives and exceed expectation. Their collaborative approach builds trust and emphasises teamwork, mitigating risk through knowledge transfer, to ensure change is successfully adopted and valued by all involved. They care about the relationships they build, are committed to innovation, service excellence and continuous improvement, delivering value to our clients and partners by establishing long-term partnerships.
Prior to joining MTI in August 2013, Stuart held a number of senior service management positions such as; Head of Service Management at Capita Asset Services and AVP Global Operations Assurance at Bank of America. With over 15 years’ experience in the technology services sector, Stuart brings significant experience in the successful design, delivery and on-going management of a wide variety of complex global contracts for multi-national organisations. Stuart and his team are passionate about making a difference, where client and partner care are of paramount importance.
