Residency Services:

MTI’ residency Services provides Customers with the relevant skills to strengthen their operational team to operate and support the IT infrastructure. MTI’s consultants work at Customer’s site to ramp up their own staff. Thus it allows to increase the productivity and the efficiency of the Customer’s team and reduce the workload of their own existing IT operational team.

Remote Managed Services:

The MTI Remote Managed Services provides remote IT support and management operations from MTI’s control centers. Thus many and various operations are offloaded and directly managed remotely by MTI’s experts according to the stated Service Level Agreements. IT operations and support can be performed on 24x7 basis, including reporting and full monitoring.

Full Managed Services:

MTI’s dedicated team fully manages on Customer’s site part of the infrastructure according to the term of Service Level Agreements (SLA) to meet the Company’s unique Business needs. MTI’s take the entire responsibility to operate the infrastructure (or part) and deliver the right service in terms of availability, performance and scalability.
