Tony Conway heads up the services delivery division of MTI Europe and carries responsibility for an extensive customer support operation covering hundreds of contracted customers throughout Europe and World-wide. He has been responsible over recent years for the transformation of a successful customer support organisation into one with a fast growing professional services and consulting arm. In line with the Company’s strategy, Tony has developed strong annuities, both directly with the MTI customer base and through third party alliances. In 1990 Tony joined MTI from Systems Industries, an IT integrator, where he held several support and customer service functions since joining in 1984. Prior to this he held a position with Data Products, a high speed printer manufacturer, subsequently acquired by Hitachi. Tony gained a Dip In telecommunications engineering, from Dublin Institute of Technology.
